Group Strength Express MPLS - $129.00

Class Description

This class is most applicable for beginner participants. Group Strength Express is designed for participants that are looking for safe exercises to increase muscular strength, enhance cardiovascular fitness, and teach the basics of a balanced exercise program. Each class is instructed by a trained and certifed Personal Trainer. A typical class session (meets for 45 minutes) would consist of the following phases:

Class Format

  • 5-10 minutes dynamic warm up
  • 20-25 minutes of strength machine and cardiovascular interval training
  • 5-10 minutes of core conditioning and flexibility training
