This class is applicable for intermediate and advanced participants looking for a fresh perspective on their training regimens. Cross Training is designed to improve muscular strength, balance and cardiovascular through various exercises using body weight and strength equipment. Participants should have good mobility and a general exercise foundation. A typical class session (meets for 45 minutes) would consist of the following phases:

5-10 minutes dynamic warm up
25-35 minutes of training session using body weight and strength equipment
5-10 minutes of core conditioning and flexibility training
