Olympic Weight Lifting - $75.00

This 8-week class will help participants improve upon their olympic lifting technique. The curriculum will progress you through the foundational movments of the most traditional olympic liftings (i.e. Clean, Jerk, & Snatch). If you are wanting to learn how to olympic lift for the first time or have had some experience already and want to refine your technique, this program is just what you're looking for.
