Heart Rate Express - MPLS - $129.00

This class takes place on a treadmill, stationary bike, and rower. Heart Rate Express (HRX) is designed to increase cardiovascular fitness levels as well as core and abdominal strength. All ability levels are welcomed as treadmill training protocols can easily be modified for walkers, joggers and runners. A typical class session (meets for 45 minutes) would consist of the following phases:

Class Format

  • 5 minutes dynamic warm up
  • 30-35 minutes of treadmill-based or cycling-based training
  • 5-10 minutes of core conditioning and flexibility training
