10 Week Weight Loss MPLS - $249.00

The 10-week program is not about numbers on a scale, it’s all about helping you embrace a healthier lifestyle. We will focus on supporting self-sufficiency by providing you with 3-days/week instruction from a certified personal trainer as well as a complimentary Group Fitness Pass. This "new exerciser" program is intended to jump start your fitness by providing both accountability and freedom for you to start and remain physically active.
