This program is aimed to help individuals feel comfortable starting a new practice or to help those individuals already practicing to feel more confident, deepening their personal practice. Our Yoga Instructors will take your practice to the next level by getting a more in depth explanation of the benefits and postures while practicing in a small group setting.
